Booking Information

• Inquire about the availability and prices of the villa through the booking form or by email to info@monolitoazul.com. Within 24-hours you will receive the answer.
• Read the terms and conditions carefully.
• Complete and sign the contract that we send to you and return it by email. You will receive a copy signed by us.
• When we receive 50% of the total agreed rent, the booking is final.

Cost and services included in the rental price

The rental price includes the exclusive use of the furnished and equipped villa and its installations. The consumption of water and electricity are included as well as the furnishing of the house with bed linen, towels and household items and electric appliances.

Cleaning
• All prices includes weekly cleaning and linen & towels service
• Extra cleaning and linen service is possible on request

Terms and conditions

Read all the details in the terms and conditions:
• The down payment is 50% and must be paid in 7 days
• When we receive the down payment the reservation is definite
• The remaining amount must be paid at least 6 weeks before the rental date
• The deposit is 30% of the total rent (with a minimum of 500 Euros) and must be paid in cash upon arrival at the island to the villa manager.
• The deposit will be refunded on or after departure less any damage. In case of any breakages for which the costs cannot be determined immediately and exactly, delays up to 15 days may be caused.
• If you have rented villa for less people than the full capacity, the remaining bedrooms of the villa will be closed.
• If you have more people than agreed we keep the right to withhold from the villa. The property and the villa manager reserve the right to revoke the booking at their sole discretion in case this condition should be violated, and also may result in losing the security deposit.
• Arrival and departure dates are always on Saturdays, arrival 16.00 and departure 10.00.
• Rent includes weekly house cleaning.
• Rent includes electricity and water.
• Towels and linen are included.
• Beach towels are not included.
• Pets are not allowed.
• We kindly ask you to give us your flight details: arrival time, flight number, mobile number all at least 2 weeks before your departure

Cancellation policy

Unless otherwise stated, the following general rule will be applied:
• Up to 45 days prior to arrival, a penalty of 30% of the rental price will be applied
• Between 45 and 30 days prior to arrival a penalty of 50% of the rental price will be applied
• Less than 30 days prior to arrival, the full price of the rental will be charged.
